Erin Riley grew up in a fixer-upper — a house full of charm, mismatched finishes, and the dream of one day living in a space that felt truly complete. But that dream stayed just out of reach. What started as “potential” slowly turned into an overwhelming list of unfinished projects, stalled by indecision, time constraints, and not knowing where to start.
When projects did move forward, they were often rushed, made with little guidance, and usually timed right before moving out — designed for resale value, not real-life enjoyment.
That experience stayed with Erin — and it now shapes everything she does as a designer.
Today, she helps homeowners — especially those in new-to-them or fixer-upper spaces — make confident, thoughtful design decisions from day one. Because waiting too long often means spending your time and money on a home you never fully get to enjoy.
